Dear Real Estate Professional:

As a professional working in the commercial real estate industry in Indianapolis, we’ve got a secret for you. It’s called IndyCREW—a four-year old chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women Network (CREW Network). Locally we boast over 100 members from a myriad of professions—from law to accounting; leasing to sales; title to appraisal, in short—every profession that makes a deal happen! And deals have happened among our members on the local level but more importantly among the network of real estate professionals around the US and Canada. We would like to invite you to join IndyCREW and make it a part of your professional growth plans for 2005.

The benefits of an IndyCREW membership are numerous. You’ll gain some insight into different aspects of real estate, you’ll meet other real estate professionals from Indianapolis engaged in those aspects, you’ll participate in professional development and education and you’ll market your firm at IndyCREW events and among the membership. Additionally, many of our members will “connect”—they’ll either do business with another IndyCREW member or they’ll do business with a fellow CREW Network member (from another city—there are over 6,000 of us). Those connections represent real business to those members’ firms and have paid for their membership fees many, many times over.

An additional benefit is getting active in this chapter and lending your support to other women in commercial real estate. Whether you’ve been in real estate for years or just beginning your career, you can benefit from the formal and informal networking and hone your knowledge and skills while developing rich, local resources for “getting” the deal done for you and your firm. Locally there are several events to attend, committees to work with, and special task forces to participate in.
