Qualifications for membership in IndyCREW

Full Member: Any person engaged full-time for five (5) consecutive years of experience in a qualified field of commercial real estate (see list below). Full Members have full voting rights and are eligible to serve on the Board of Directors or to serve as an officer of IndyCREW.

Associate Member: Any person engaged full-time in a qualified field of commercial real estate with less than five (5) consecutive years of experience. Please note that Associate Members are ineligible to serve on the Board of Directors or as an officer of IndyCREW. Associate Members shall pay the same dues as Full Members.

Affiliate Member: Any person whose profession does not meet the requirements of Full and/or Associate Membership. Please note that Affiliate Members are non-voting members and ineligible to serve on the Board of Directors or as an officer of IndyCREW. The dues for Affiliate Membership will be in excess of $200 of the current regular Full Member dues per annum.

Golden Member: Any person who is no longer working in a full time capacity, but, who (i) for one (1) year prior to his/her application for Golden Membership, was a Full Member of IndyCREW and (ii) for five (5) consecutive years of experience in a qualified field of commercial real estate. Golden Members are non-voting members and ineligible to serve on the Board of Directors or as an officer of IndyCREW. Golden Members shall pay the same dues as Full Members.

Note: Associate, Affiliate and Golden Members are limited to twenty (25%) of the total membership of IndyCREW. All Members are eligible and encouraged to participate in IndyCREW Committees. All current IndyCREW members will be grandfathered in as Full Members.

Membership applications will be reviewed at the monthly IndyCREW Board meetings. Upon acceptance of your application, you will be notified and will begin receiving correspondences from IndyCREW and CREW Network.
